Hello! I'm Hilja, your transformation guide. I am a professional hypnotist and member of the International Hypnosis Federation. I specialize in Transformational Hypnosis. This type of hypnosis transforms your life by aligning your attitude and choices with your well being and best interests. My work blends decades of intuitive development, professional hypnosis education, spiritual lineage and academic rigor - including an M.F.A. and B.F.A. from the UCLA into a practice that is deeply grounded, expansive, and life changing.
My journey into becoming a certified professional, master hypnotist began after a powerful personal breakthrough. Using hypnosis, I released long-held limiting patterns, found clarity, and connected to joy I'd never known - everything in my life improved! That experience led me to train under the incredible Dr. Shelley Stockwell-Nicholas, founder of the International Hypnosis Federation. I can honestly say that hypnosis changed my life for the better and I believe in it so much that I became a certified practitioner. I can say with conviction: Hypnosis works!
My psychic gifts - clairsentience (clear knowing,) clairvoyance (clear seeing,) and clairaudience (clear hearing,) have been with me since childhood. One of the last things my Finnish mother, psychic herself, said to me was "Hilja, you know how we know things? Well, I want you to go out and do something good for the world." Her words continue to shape my purpose. My father, of Blackfoot descent, was raised by his grandmother, also a psychic. I feel protected and guided by the ancestors on both sides of my lineage and I carry their wisdom with reverence. My world changed one day on my way to my usual run. On my way to the trail, I had a profound, crystal clear spiritual visitation that stopped me in my in my tracks. Everything I was told that day came true. It was a moment of awakening. I knew that these gifts are real, and I came to understand that they are meant to be shared, honored and used for the highest good. Soon afterwards, I began a professional psychic consultation business. Local psychics have dubbed me "the psychic's psychic."
